CODE OF CONDUCT AND ETHICS
At Centerbase International Communications Limited, we have outlined our employee code of ethics and business conduct expectations to expressly state the behavior of our employees towards each other, to our customers and business associates and to the society at large.
Centerbase operates with values of honesty, integrity and straightforwardness in our business dealings. As such, we expect all organization members to be directed by the same values in their judgment and behavior.
This policy applies to all organizational members regardless of rank or employment type.
Compliance with law
Our employees must work to protect the company and its legal interests by complying with all environmental, trading, safety, and privacy laws in the country we.
Safety in the working environment
All employees should respect their colleagues, supervisors, and customers. Any discriminatory behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.
Employees must show integrity and professionalism in every aspect of conduct, including matters involving absenteeism, tardiness, and dress code compliance. Personal appearance should project the company’s commitment to professionalism.
All employees should fulfill their work with integrity and respect toward our stakeholders. Members are discouraged from accepting gifts from clients, or partners for the benefit of another party. We are all expected to avoid any personal, financial or other interests that may interfere with the quality of work.
Care for the physical environment
Employees should treat company property and their physical environment with respect and care.
Employees who repeatedly or deliberately fail to follow our code of conduct will meet an appropriate disciplinary action. Following a clear warning, employees who persistently show indecorous behavior may face demotion, reprimand, detraction of benefits, suspension, or termination. Legal actions may be taken in cases of theft, embezzlement, corruption, and other unlawful actions.
SUPPLIER CODE OF CONDUCT
At Centerbase International Communications Limited, our commitment to Quality, Teamwork, Integrity, Professionalism and Safety guides our operations wherever we find ourselves. In alignment with our commitments, we have developed the Supplier Code of Conduct to ensure that all of our business partners, suppliers, and manufacturers meet our basic expectations of doing business related to legal requirements, ethical practices, human rights, and environmental management.
These standards are based on well-respected and recognized international standards, including the International Labor Organization, United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and industry best practices. Compliance with these standards is an expectation of doing business with Centerbase, as the Code defines the non-negotiable minimum standards that we ask our suppliers and their sub-tier suppliers or sub-contractors, to respect and adhere to. Centerbase seeks to develop and strengthen partnerships based on a shared commitment of transparency, collaboration, and mutual respect.
We recognize that our suppliers are independent businesses and the exclusive employers of their workers. However, the actions of our business partners can be attributed to us, affecting not only our reputation, but the level of trust we have worked hard to earn from partners, customers, and pet owners. While Centerbase appreciates that our suppliers operate in a variety of different legal, geographical, and cultural environments we expect all Suppliers to comply with the Code, and hope that our Suppliers will strive to exceed these standards. The standards of this Code are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the provisions of any legal agreement or contract between a supplier and Centerbase.

FAIR AND EQUAL TREATMENT
Centerbase International Communications Limited believes all workers deserve an equal chance to succeed based on their hard work, talent, and commitment, and should always be treated with fairness and respect.

BENEFITS, COMPENSATION, AND HOURS
Centerbase International Communications Limited expects Suppliers to provide workers with fair and equal compensation for hours worked, and that all work is conducted on a voluntary basis.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Centerbase International Communications Limited expects the Suppliers operations, facilities, and procedures to protect and promote worker health and safety.
Centerbase International Communications Limited expects requires its Suppliers to comply with all applicable legal environmental requirements and demonstrate continual improvement of its environmental performance.
COMMUNICATION AND REPORTING
Suppliers shall take appropriate steps to ensure the principles of this Code are communicated to their workers. Suppliers shall also take appropriate steps to ensure the principles of this Code are adopted and applied by their workers, suppliers, agents, and contractors.
Suppliers are responsible for prompt reporting of actual or suspected violations of law, this Code, and any contractual relationship with Centerbase International Communications Limited. This includes violations by any worker or agent acting on behalf of either the supplier or Centerbase International Communications Limited. DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE
We, the undersigned hereby confirm that: We have received and taken due note of the contents of the Supplier Code of Conduct as stated by Centerbase International Communications Limited; We are aware of all relevant laws and regulations of the countries in which our company operates; We will report to Centerbase International Communications Limited; any case of violations of the Code. We will comply with the Supplier Code of Conduct requirements based on a development- oriented approach and without amendment or abrogation. We will inform all of our workers and subcontractors of the content of the Code
